UroFill® is a patented technique for non-surgical penile girth and/or glans enhancement. UroFill® is performed under local anesthesia, and patients can return to work immediately after the procedure without restrictions. Depending on individual sensitivity, some men may experience mild discomfort at the injection site.

Each UroFill® treatment is measured as one 1.2mL unit of hyaluronic acid-based filler. The minimum starting treatment for the shaft is 4 to 6 units, and the maximum single-visit treatment is 6 units. Most men opt for the 15-to-25-unit range based on their current penile size and enhancement goals. For the glans, we start at 2-3 units. Touch-up treatments are recommended every 24-36 months after your initial set of treatments.

The UroFill® technique emphasizes gradual, staged treatment that works with your anatomy and minimizes risk. Most men start to see noticeable results after the first treatment.
UroFill® side effects are typically mild and include bruising, tenderness, and swelling at the injection site. To prevent infection, the penis is covered with a loose gauze, which should be kept in place for 24 hours.
